  • Stratos walkaround fishing boat William is an awesome Boat host! From the time we reserved his boat until the time we returned it. William responded quickly to all my questions/concerns. He was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating . We will rent his boat again for another fishing trip very soon!

This was so much closer to downtown than I thought. I thought I’d be using an Uber to get around. Didn’t need one at all

William's place was just as described. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by William. He's super friendly and makes you feel at home. He told us about his pride for the home due to having grown up in the house which his father worked so hard to maintain. We rented two rooms upstairs (second floor): the master bedroom in addition to the adjacent room on the same level, which had a separate shared full bathroom. It also had two other bedrooms. One was occupied by a permanent resident who is a young military vet and currently works in Annapolis. In the middle area, there is a loft with an iron/ironing board and a couple of closets available to you . The home could easily sleep about 12-15 people comfortably. The house is nice, comfortable, and in a nice setting, but dated. There are no upgrades. If you're looking for a modern and contemporary airbnb, this will not be for you. As far as the kitchen amenities, there is no complimentary anything so whatever you want to consume, you must bring your own -- including water, other than tap water. There is a washer/dryer in the basement and available to you. Luckily, we had some laundry detergent pods from a previous trip and used those but you definitely must bring your own soap if you're going to use the laundry. There are basic toiletries such as shampoo (unisex 2-in-1) and body gel soap. If I were you, I'd bring my own shower needs. William offers plenty towels and linen. The entry floor has an enclosed porch in the back. The rest is comprised of a bedroom (used by a permanent resident), the kitchen (very basic), a dining room, a living room, and an office -- solely used by William. The first floor is dark and it is not suitable for sitting at the dining room table and working. Parking is ample right at the backdoor or along the long driveway. The place is secure and William has a code entry lock to enter. We were unaware before our stay that William has some toys: canoes, boat, bicycles, and other things available for rent. The place was a great value for his fee. It is bare bones but that's all we needed. We have made reservations for another stay over Labor Day weekend and look forward to staying there a multitude of times for the next four years...unless he decides to not do airbnb. Unsure about access to a gas grill, golf cart, or anything of the sort. We didn't ask but will do so next time. His recommendations for restaurants was spot on. Feel free to ask him about anything you want to do or see. He's honest and genuine. That's the most important part! Five-star rating from us to William! Thanks, William, for a lovely time! We chose this location due to our needs to be near USNA. The shuttle to USNA is walking distance and located at the...

I'd previously stayed in the main Hideaway, so I knew that the Tiny House would be an easy place to settle into for a couple of days. Two words that sum up the place are comfort and function, which is really all one can ask for. Amazing location as well, just around the corner from the Eastport bridge.
